GetAPage is a trading name of ATO Insight Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17238290. These terms cover the website and the services described on it.
Website build — £2,500 plus £175 a month. A full multi-page site built, hosted and run for you, including local SEO, forms, security and ongoing updates. The monthly fee runs for a 12-month minimum and then rolls monthly. Sites go live within roughly 14 days of us having your content.
Business page — £15 a month. Your own page on getapage.co.uk, written and published by us from the details you supply, and maintained while you subscribe. No minimum term; cancel any time and the page comes down at the end of the month you have paid for.
Directory listing — free. A basic entry in our local directory, published once you claim it.
We cannot guarantee search rankings, a number of enquiries, or that any particular AI assistant will mention your business. Nobody honestly can — search engines and AI systems decide what to show and change how they work without notice. What we do is make your business properly readable: clean pages, structured data, and nothing blocking the crawlers. Results described elsewhere on this site are real and specific to that customer; they are not a forecast for yours.
Payments are collected by GoCardless. The setup fee is due before work starts and the monthly fee begins when your site or page goes live. If a payment fails and is not put right within 30 days we may suspend the service. Fees already paid are not refundable once work has begun, though if we have not started we will refund you in full.
You keep ownership of everything you send us — words, photos, logo, reviews. By sending it you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to publish it as part of your site, page or listing. We may show your published site or page as an example of our work.
The templates, code, systems and designs behind GetAPage stay ours. While you subscribe you have a licence to use what we have built for you. If you leave, we will hand over your content and your domain; the underlying build stays with us.
Please do not scrape, copy wholesale, interfere with or misuse this website. Directory and business page information is published for people looking for local businesses and for search engines and AI assistants to read — not for bulk harvesting into a competing product.
We take care to keep our sites accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee they will never be offline or error-free, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
The £15 business page can be cancelled at any time. The website package runs 12 months, then either side can end it with one month's notice.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
