It isn’t a hosting fee and it isn’t an SEO extra. It’s the work that keeps the site online, safe, up to date and being found — done every month, without you asking. Here is every part of it.
Twelve months from go-live, then 30 days’ notice. No penalty, no argument. This is exactly what happens.
In one line: you keep the site as it stands and your domain. Everything that keeps it online, working and found stops.
The website’s monthly starts at £175. It only steps up once Google’s AI is naming your business in its answers — and you see the proof first.
Hosting, security, updates, your Google Business Profile, ongoing SEO and your monthly visibility report.
A dated screenshot goes in your monthly report, so you see it before anything changes.
You can cancel at the step. If it never happens, you stay at £175.
Most trade and small-business websites are £2,500 to build, then £175 a month. That covers up to 15 pages, design, build and hosting, a cost estimator if you price by the job, a launch kit, and every month: hosting, security, updates, your Google Business Profile and SEO, with a visibility report. Bigger, more complex sites are quoted separately, before any work starts.
No — and it’s a fair question. The £175 a month isn’t an optional SEO extra; it’s what keeps the site online and working: hosting, security patches, fixes, updates and your Google Business Profile. A website with none of that goes dark or gets hacked within a year, with your name on it. It’s like a van without insurance. Every part of it is itemised further up this page. If you ever want to leave, you can: 30 days’ notice after the first 12 months, and you take a copy of your site with you.
Twelve months from go-live, then 30 days’ notice. That’s long enough for the site to prove itself — Mike’s paid for itself in about seven weeks — and short enough that you’re never stuck.
You give 30 days’ notice. You keep your domain, a copy of the site as it stands, your Google Business Profile, your content and your free listing. Everything that keeps the site online, working and found stops: hosting and security, the estimator and enquiry automation, updates, Google profile management, SEO and the monthly report. No penalty, no argument. The keep/stop list is on this page.
You own your domain and your content. The site is built for your business and stays yours to keep; the templates and tools we build it with stay ours, which is how we keep the price where it is.
ATO Insight Solutions, the company behind GetAPage — Emma, in Northop, with templates and AI tooling doing the heavy lifting. Same people, same work, same prices whichever site you found us on.
Most sites are live within three to four weeks of the audit, depending on how quickly we get your photos, prices and a few answers. The free listing is up within 48 hours.
Your name, trade, the towns you cover and how to contact you, in the North Wales Directory, plus a welcome post from Geth to share. No domain, no hosting, nothing to set up and nothing to pay.
Nobody can promise that, and we won’t. What we do is make you findable: pages Google and AI assistants can read. Mike’s full website is being quoted by Google’s AI Overview — the proof page shows it.
Yes. Free to list, free to browse. No fake reviews, no pay-to-rank.
Up to 15, which covers every trade and small-business site we’ve built so far. More than that is £150 a page. Shops, bookings, client logins and bigger platforms are quoted separately.
Updates are part of the monthly, and they go in once a month. Save up your changes and send them after your visibility report lands; they’re done in that month’s update, estimator prices included. A wrong phone number or a broken link is fixed straight away.
We’re in Northop, Flintshire, and most of our sites are across Flintshire, Wrexham, Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd, Anglesey and Chester. Everything is done online, so if you’re further away, ask.
Over time, yes — but never for you mid-way. Today’s prices are the ones on this page, and the £175 only steps up on the terms above: once Google’s AI is naming your business, with a dated screenshot and 30 days’ notice.
Start free and move up when it’s paying for itself. Not sure which fits? Ask Emma — she’ll tell you straight.
